We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your event date. This gives us time to review your venue, confirm colors, and design a plan that fits your goals. For large-scale installs or busy seasons, the earlier you contact us, the better. That said, we’ll always do our best to accommodate shorter timelines when possible.
